First Kids Worship

An age-appropriate worship service for first – fifth graders during part of the 11:00 am worship service.  Children start out in the sanctuary with their families, and are dismissed following the Time With the Children.  During First Kids Worship, children learn important aspects of the worship service, including prayer, creeds, scripture, worship through singing, offering, and an age-appropriate message.  Adult leaders use David C. Cook’s Children’s Church curriculum. Parents can retrieve their children from the fellowhip Hall following the 11:00 service in the sanctuary

First Kids Worship for March

posted by: FPC

We have a wonderful time at First Kids Worship during the 11:00 am worship service, and are learning so much! We sing, pray, give offerings, read scripture, and have a Bible lesson, and take turns leading the Benediction. We do activities based on the Bible lesson, and have active discussions about the weekly lesson.

New Year's Resolution

posted by: Ellen Auten

The beginning of a new year is a wonderful time to start fresh with new resolutions, goals, and projects.  We get new calendars, we think about ways we can improve our lives, we start diets, cleaning projects, and exercise plans.  It is also a great time to start some new year’s resolutions at church and in your spiritual life.
