Loving God, Loving People, Making Disciples

Welcome to FPC Mooresville! We are an intergenerational and family-oriented fellowship located near downtown Mooresville. We offer a variety of ministries geared towards all ages and stages of life. Whether you are new to the area or searching for a church home, we would love you to stop by and experience a Sunday morning worship service. The main parking area is located off both South Broad Street and West McLelland Avenue. Additional parking is across the street on the corner of Academy and West McLelland. As you feel your way around the campus, please do not hesitate to ask questions or request materials. Ultimately, our hope is for you to feel welcomed. We invite you to check out our website and we would love to see you soon!

We have a 9am contemporary service that meets in the Fellowship Hall. It is located on the first floor off the Broad Street parking lot. You can enter the sliding glass doors located beneath the carport. The entrance leads directly to the place of worship. We have an 11am traditional service that meets in the main sanctuary. It is located on the main level from the Academy/McLelland entrance. If you need handicap assistance, please enter from the Broad Street parking lot. You can enter through the sliding glass doors and take the elevator to the second floor. Upon exiting the elevator, make an immediate right followed by a second right. This hallway will eventually lead you through the church parlor and into the main sanctuary.
The contemporary service has a relaxed atmosphere. The set-up includes round tables with chairs and refreshments are available by the kitchen. You can expect anywhere from 35-70 in attendance and feel free to dress casual. A praise band leads the music and the preaching is the same pastor and sermon as the traditional service. For children pre-school age and younger, we have a nursery on the second floor. Greeters are available to help assists any questions or directional needs. The service typically lasts one hour. The traditional service is more formal. There are several ushers present to answer questions and assist in any need. You can expect anywhere from 175-250 in attendance. Attire is mostly formal, yet feel free to dress as you please (some wear jeans and shorts, but most do not). A choir director leads music and the preaching is the same pastor and sermon as the contemporary service. For children pre-school age and younger, we have a nursery on the second floor. For 1st-5th grade students, we have them start the service with their families in the sanctuary. They leave for “First Kids” worship after the children’s sermon and remain in the Fellowship Hall for sign-out by parents after the service is complete. The service typically ends between noon and 12:10pm.
