Nathan Cole (

Nathan was born in Australia before relocating with his British parents to the United Kingdom in 1995. He studied orchestral percussion and music education before a varied career performing with professional musicians and teaching in schools.

Nathan was a member of The Salvation Army and grew up playing in several excellent brass bands. This included the International Staff Band in London and more recently, The Cory Band in Wales. Nathan has also played with the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra and was the Music Director of Bristol Easton Band 2008-2012.

In 2019, Nathan moved to the United States to become the Music Director for both North and South Carolina at The Salvation Army. He was instrumental in achieving high standards in brass, choral and creative arts ministry through a diverse and busy statewide program.

In May 2022, Nathan took up the position of Director of Music at FPC. Nathan is married to Elizabeth and has two stepchildren: James and Vann. Nathan loves Indian food, live music and exploring new places of interest. He is passionate about music ministry and leading people to God through music.
